Enhance the scent of coconut with these coconut cupcakes
What you will need:
115g=self-raising flour
115g=caster sugar
115=softened butter
coconut (finely chopped)=as much as you want
2 eggs
Instructions:
1.first add all your dry ingredients(self-raising flour, caster sugar, coconut)
2. then add your wet ingredients (butter and eggs) and mix all together
3. pour all your batter into cupcake tins and bake in a 160-degree oven for about 15-20 minutes.
4.when your cupcakes are a golden brown and cooked wait for them to cool and enjoy
